By placing an order on www.ariadisicilia.ch, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Business activity

We offer the online sale of beauty and personal care products, including perfumes, body creams, hand creams, room diffusers, room sprays and scented candles.

Product descriptions are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, we do not guarantee the absence of unintentional errors or updates not yet published.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

The indicated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Aria di Sicilia Swiss GmbH.

In general:

B-Post: 2–3 working days
A-Post: 1–2 working days
Express: delivery on the next working day for orders placed before 13:00

Shipping is carried out on working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to mail@ariadisicilia.ch indicating the order number.

The product must be returned:

unused
undamaged
in its original sealed packaging

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, especially perfumes, cosmetics and personal care products.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the return does not meet the required conditions, the cost of reshipping the product to the customer will be borne by the customer.

6. Liability and product use

We assume no responsibility for allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies prior to purchase. Upon request, we can provide information regarding ingredients and potential allergens.

We assume no liability for damages of any kind resulting from improper use of our products.

When used correctly, our products are safe. However, we are not responsible for damage to objects, such as stains on fabrics or surfaces, or serious damage such as fires caused by candles resulting from improper use.

Proper use of the products is always the responsibility of the customer.
