Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication by email to:
indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

unused

undamaged

in its original sealed packaging

complete with any seals or protective elements
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, especially perfumes, cosmetics and personal care products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund applies only to the value of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect products
We do not assume responsibility for goods damaged by our shipping partner (Swiss Post).
If the customer receives an incorrect product, they must contact us within 5 days of receipt. In this case, the replacement costs will be covered by us, while the return conditions still apply.
