Shipping policy

The delivery times we provide are estimates and, for various reasons, may occasionally be longer than expected.

As a general guideline, B-Post usually takes 2–3 business days, A-Post 1–2 business days, while Express shipping can arrive within the same day or by the next business day. Express deliveries typically arrive the following day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM.

However, unexpected delays can occur, so please keep in mind that delivery times are indicative and may take longer. Shipping is calculated in business days only, and no shipments are processed on public holidays.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
